Who we are?

"Don't knock it till you try it" is a talk show that accommodates individuals from all walks of life. Sheryl cooks, and everyone gathers at the kitchen counter to talk about helping each other put food on the table.

Sheryl has been in the auto industry for more than 15 years, where she witnessed firsthand discrimination, unfair ethics, and employees being unappreciated. She became vegan in January 2024 and realized that vegan restaurants only had a limited selection of items. She can be seen laughing and talking to guests at her daughter's restaurant, Cameals Cuisine.

She started asking vegetarians where they frequent, and they had a handful of suggestions. She then discussed with Jeanne how she wanted to do a talk show. Jeanne jumped on board with hesitation, saying she would handle the recording. She then contacted entertainer Audley, asking if he would be a part of the show, and he gladly accepted.

As for the venue, Sheryl asked her daughter what she thought, and her daughter said they could do it in her restaurant.
